A: We do not currently have a cover charge. In fact we encourage spectators to come along.
Q: Can I watch the activities?

Q: Who can ride?
A: The FlowRider is fun for all ages. However, participants must be at least 42" tall to ride.
Q: Are there any other requirements?
A: Yes, participants must be in good physical condition and free from any physical limitations. The FlowRider is a strenuous ride with turbulent moving water. Pregnant women and persons with a history of heart, back, neck, shoulder or joint problems should not ride.
Q: What should I bring?
A: We provide the boards and the water. You are responsible for a bathing suit and a towel. Don't worry, we have towels for rent if you don't want to bring your own.
Q: What should I wear?
A: We recommend a bathing suit with a drawstring. One-piece or cover ups are recommended for the ladies.
Q: What time do the sessions begin?
A: All sessions start on the hour. 1st session begins at 11am, the last session begins 1 hour before closing. Space is limited so get here early!
Q: Do I share the ride with other people?
A: Yes, there are up to 15 participants on the ride at a time. We do control the amount of time each person is on the water to prevent boring water-hogs. However, if you'd like the whole FlowRider for yourself or your party, private sessions can be reserved.
Q: How does it work?
A: The Trampoline Arena was designed for Dodgeball. Although, the arena can be reserved for a Private Session when parents can jump with their children!
Q: When is the Trampoline arena open?
A: The Trampolines are open whenever Dream Xtreme is open.
Q: Who can Jump?
A: Parents be advised, the Trampoline Arena is used for Dodgeball; therefore in most cases we recommend kids under 10 years old do not sign up.
Q: What should I bring?
A: Jumping on the Trampolines is a great work out and can be very exhausting. Therefore we recommend athletic clothing that will breathe. Only closed-toed shoes or barefoot jumping is allowed.
Q: Can I watch?
A: The Trampoline Arena is the only attraction at Dream Xtreme that is not spectator-friendly. You can see the participants through the netting but it is not a clear view. If you are uncomfortable letting your children jump without your supervision, perhaps a private session would be best for you.
Q: When will the Paintball field be open?
A: The Paintball field is now open. Sign up here for more updates.
Q: Who can play?
A: The Paintball field at Dream Xtreme will be designed to cater to begginer to veteran players. Participants must be at least 10 years old.
Q: What is Re-Ball?
A: Re-balls will be used instead of paint balls. Re-balls are essentially re-usable paint balls that do not explode on impact. This is an increasingly popular variation of Paintball due to the economy. Simply stated, Re-ball is a much more affordable sport compared to Paintball. Because Re-balls do not explode on impact all markers on the field must be slowed down to below 220 feet/second for safe controlled games.
Q: What should I bring?
A: We provide all the equipment that you will need for a game of Paintball. However you may want to bring additional padding/armor.

A: The field is located on the north end of the Elk Grove Sports Center, near the Asian Sports Foundation. The field looks similar to a large tennis court from the outside.
